How the backstop works

The backstop is an anti-reverse device and a safety protection device on the lifting and transporting equipment. It has the advantages of light weight, compact structure, reliable force transmission, easy release, convenient installation and adjustment, and low installation accuracy requirements. Generally suitable for belt conveyors, bucket conveyors, scraper conveyors and other equipment with backstop requirements. The working environment temperature of this product is -20~+60℃. Under normal working conditions, the temperature rise is lower than 30℃.

The main categories of backstops: mainly divided into four categories, GN and NYD type roller backstops, NJ type backstops, that is, contact type special-shaped block (wedge) backstops, NF backstops (non- Contact) special-shaped block (wedge) backstop. The latter two have gradually become mainstream products in the backstop market at home and abroad.

Since our company started to manufacture backstops, it has been more than 20 years of history so far. Product categories include NF, NJ, GN, NYD, RSPW, CKZ, GN, etc. At present, our company mainly designs and manufactures the first two models. Our company has developed various forms of reducers with their own backstops according to the non-contact principle, to solve more technical problems for the majority of corporate customers.
