NFA80(WNF) backstop clutch.

NFA(WNF) type is a high-speed non-contact backstop, which is widely used in the design of backstop requirements in mining, coal mining, and bulk material assembly conveying devices and hoisting devices. Its internal structure adopts a new type of special-shaped wedge with optimized design for backstop. In addition to impact resistance and huge backstop torque, it also cleverly utilizes the centrifugal force of its own rotation: when the forward rotation speed of the input shaft is higher than the minimum speed, the backstop The inner workings enable contact-free, zero-wear and ultra-long service life.

Mounting example.

Use 2 # lithium grease 30% + Engine oil 70% , Stirring evenly. The grease required temperature range -40 ℃ ～
+ 150 ℃. Plus grease once for every month.
