DLK99-Z54 Electric Bicycle Inner Rotor Motor Clutch

Technical parameter requirements:

1. Use high-temperature lubricating grease fillers internally and seal them properly. The working temperature of the lubricating grease is -20 ℃ to 150 ℃.

2. Bearing clearance: C3-C5, bearing vibration level: Z2 group.

3. The parts must be cleaned and cleaned before assembly, and it is strictly prohibited to strike the inner and outer rings.

4. The rated torque of the one-way clutch is 50N. m, with a maximum torque greater than 80N. m and a clutch frequency greater than 300000 times.

5. From the direction of view A, the outer ring does not move, while the inner gear ring rotates in the direction of the rotation arrow shown in the figure.

This one-way clutch is mainly used for electric bicycles equipped with an inner rotor motor, and is independently developed and produced by our company. The use of this clutch rotor has a better dynamic balance effect, improves the performance of electric bicycle motors, and has advantages such as long service life, high temperature resistance, low noise, and more stable performance.
